The time it takes to prepare a quote depends highly on the product itself. We typically respond in 24 business hours, but sometimes it may take longer, and we may reach out for additional questions.

The reason sometimes we take longer is that for every product we call the factory (rather than just source on Alibaba) to verify it and ensure the best quality of the products that we are sourcing.

We are small-business friendly. We don’t require a minimum order quantity that you need to fulfill with us, nor a monthly minimum pick & pack fee.

Shipping costs are variable in nature, based on weight, dimensions, destination, service, and more. Each quote is customized to give you the most accurate rates possible, and takes product type (e.g., liquid product, internal-battery product), volume, and other factors into account.

Yes, they are free! We use plain poly mailers of many standard sizes, as well as bubble mailer, tape, dunnage, bubble wrap, and shipping labels for all orders.

Yes, we offer returns management as a value-added service. We charge for returns with a $2.00 processing fee per returned order (this includes the processing of all items in the return and is only applied to your account when the return physically arrives in our fulfillment center).

1. After you confirmed to work with us, we will start with onboarding processing including software integration and SKU map-up.
2. Meanwhile, we assign you a dedicated account manager, order processing manager, and sourcing manager (if you are sourcing through us) to take care of your backend operation.
3. We will wait for your stock to arrive and then conduct quantity and quality check. And then add them into your inventory list in our system.
4. Once we received your payment, we will be ready to process your orders.
